Mixed feelings on this quiet and friendly hotel

I have very mixed feelings about this residence.
Pro:
- The rooms are lovely and the staff are outstanding
- Everything is quite new
- Quiet hotel geared towards families
- Water dispensers on each floor for cold and hot water
- Restaurant is okay; included breakfast had good options
Cons:
- Issues with our room plumbing ( leaking sewerage/burst pipe) made the room absolutely stink. We tolerated it for 4 nights before moving rooms as it was worsening daily
- On our last day there was no hot water for showers
- Area is quite some distance from attractions and restaurants but a Gojek got us most places for only a few dollars.
I’m not sure how new this property is, but there are some very significant issues with plumbing that need to be fixed urgently.

Staff were fantastic . Unfortunately plumbing went awry and our.room stunk of sewerage, getting so bad we had to ask the move rooms. Staff were happy to accommodate this but we had to ask as the cleaning staff just acted like the room was fine.
No hot water on the last day. Quiet and out of the way but obviously has both some teething and ongoing maintenance issues. These things ruined our stay there.
