Along with an outdoor pool, this resort has a restaurant and a bar/lounge. Free buffet breakfast is provided, as well as free WiFi in public areas, free self parking, and a free manager's reception. Other amenities include a coffee shop/cafe, coffee/tea in a common area, and 24-hour room service. Map Resort offers 21 accommodations. This Alibag resort provides complimentary wireless Internet access, with a speed of 100+ Mbps (good for 1–2 people or up to 6 devices). Housekeeping is provided daily. An outdoor pool and a children's pool are on site.

Good property
It is a nice property at a nice location. Rooms were good; neat and clean. Staff was good, polite. Food is also good. Standard rooms are little small but deluxe rooms are good which are pool facing.
There is a room for improvement- When we ordered roti and curry, they served roti first and after around 10 minutes we got the curry. They can have a small fridge in delux room. Swimming pool should be cleaned, water was not clear.
Unfortunately, we did not take photos of the rooms. There is bath tub only in delux room.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Confirmed booking denied and misleading claims
I had a confirmed and prepaid booking through Expedia for 31 Dec–3 Jan. The hotel reconfirmed the booking on 29 Dec and mentioned that 31st Dec could be availed at extra cost, which I said we would decide after arrival as I was travelling with small children.
On 30 Dec, hotel staff claimed they had not received money from Expedia, said their Expedia account had been suspended for months, and insisted Expedia was running a scam. They also claimed they could not reach Expedia.
This was incorrect. I contacted Expedia via their virtual agent, explained everything, and provided the hotel’s property number. Expedia addressed the issue and initiated a refund.
Despite informing the hotel that I was still willing to pay directly, I was instead quoted ₹12,000 for 31st Dec alone. The hotel then stopped responding. My family plans were disrupted.
If a hotel’s account is suspended, listings should be removed instead of misleading guests. Please exercise caution.
