Comfortable stay, efficient staff

Hotel D Dev is located on the way to Guntur right after krishna barrage. Hotel rooms are reasonably priced and economical. You also get a wonderful view of mint,papaya and banana farms.
Food & Restaurent- provides complementary breakfast with moderate range of varieties.
Kudos to restaurant staff as they always carry smiling face and are always ready to help, special mention about Anil Ganta as he makes you feel comfortable at the restaurant.
Front office staff - Kishore and Kishore are too good,they provided a pleasant checkin and check out and they also control end to end of our stay at hotel along with their front office boys.
House keeping did a decent job.
My suggestion after staying for 3 weeks is please avoid upma dish everyday in complementary breakfast :)
Overall, I recommend this hotel for its economical,clean and easy accessible to main road.

Don't approach this hotel again

Can't you provide dental kit in the room. What would you say, for standard room no dental kit, what kind of disgusting rules. Then you should mention earlier. Seriously disappointed with the service, Service is worst . And the maintainance is bad.

Very bad experience

Staff don’t know how to behave they don’t know recently stayed at a hotel, and the experience was nothing short of awful. From the moment I arrived, things started going wrong. The receptionist was unprofessional, barely acknowledging me as I approached the desk. When I asked for help with the Wi-Fi, they seemed annoyed and didn’t offer any real assistance, just handed me a slip of paper with a generic password that didn’t work.

Passable for a night

Stayed for a night in July 2020 after the Unlock 2.0 guidelines came in to force.
COVID-19 Related:
The overall check-in process was not completely contact free. Not sure whether the room was sanitized, we requested the bed linen and towels to be removed so that we could use our own (to be on the safer side).
General:
The room we booked was "Comfort Standard" and was very small, uninhabitable and congested, so we decided to upgrade our room, it costed us another INR 500 + taxes.
Pros:
Staff were polite and happy to serve with a smile
Room was okay, so is the washroom
Bed was okay and sleep quality was acceptable
Cons:
Check-in was slow in-spite of us being the only guests
Had issues with T.V. (staff eventually fixed it)
Location of the property was not great and not that visible from NH-16 and lacked signage
We could hear foot traffic noise in the corridor leading to the room (was not very disturbing as most rooms were vacant)
Overall value for money - 5.5 out of 10
