Bad food

Hotel was good, restaurant bad, had ordered sparring that were undercooked and raw, reported to the waitstaff, who would pass it on, later spoke to the cook who shrugged, also told this at the reception but got no response, my point is that unfortunately I was not the only one where it was not good, but they do nothing with it if you report it.

The poop/blood pillowcase was the worst.

Nice halls for a congress, but no matter how sorry they said, the president suite had no chance and was dirty for three days. A pillowcase stained with poop or blood was waiting for our bed, a beer bottle from a previous guest was still in the window frame after 2 nights, there were chips packages from others under the bed, the phone gives huge noise and reception did not answer, 1 of only 2 elevators was always broken, breakfast was mwah and when you come to the room at 15:00, you do not expect the cleaning to start then .. and there was no. Really crying with the hat on, but the dirty pillowcase was really the worst thing ever.

Bad and old

Old hotel, bathroom dates from the year 0. Shower curtain, lime everywhere and the hose leaked water on all sides.
Window (tilt tip) I opened and came loose at 3 points after which I could not close it.

For a 4 star hotel unfortunately not satisfactory, very old fashioned, dusty and not clean enough.

We stayed as a family in the family room (3 adults, 1 child).
A welcome gift was waiting for our son. Unfortunately you could not open a window (just a small hatch) and so it got quite stuffy at night.
The bed linen, toilet and sink were clean. The sockets on the bedside table were full of dust and the light switch was sticky.
Even on the (VERY old-fashioned) hair dryer there was still dust, generally it was very dusty and old in the room. The shower curtain as well as the shower floor were also not clean.
For a 4 star hotel unfortunately not satisfactory, very old fashioned, dusty and not clean enough.
