Fantastic vies of Telendos and the sunsets
I absolutely loved staying here. It’s exactly what you’d imagine a traditional, family-run Greek place to be. The hosts were so lovely and nothing was ever too much trouble. They gave me such a warm welcome when I arrived, and when I left they saw me off like I was one of the family.
My deluxe two-bed studio was spacious and had everything I needed. A couple of the kitchen appliances were a bit old, but they all worked fine and didn’t take away from the charm of the place at all.
The view from my terrace area was incredible. Looking out over the sea to Telendos every day was a real treat, and the sunsets of an evening were just stunning.
The only thing I’d mention is that it’s at the top of a short, but steep road. I have breathing issues, so found it hard going, but that’s something I should have paid more attention to before I booked.
There’s a lovely little beach just a few minutes walk away that’s mostly used by locals. You can hire a sunbed for a reasonable price, or just throw your towel down and enjoy the peace and quiet. Then perhaps grab some food at the beach Taverna before heading back.
Even with the hilly walk, I’d happily stay here again. If you’re looking for a place with real Greek charm, amazing views and the friendliest hosts, I wouldn’t think twice about recommending it.

Everything was great
We had a wonderful vacation at Vasilis Boutique Studios and our experience was excellent. It is a beautiful, clean space with unique aesthetic and stunning, panoramic view of the sea, ideal for relaxation and tranquility.We chose the accommodation to celebrate our anniversary. Although we had a little misfortune, as the jacuzzi mentioned in the description was not available on the particular day due to a sudden technical failure, the reaction of the owners was exemplary. Not only did they explain the situation to us, but they made sure to compensate us in the sweetest way. They welcomed us for our anniversary with a beautiful, delicious cake and a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate! This thoughtful and polite move moved us especially. It proves that their hospitality is not just professional, but deeply human and authentic.The room was modern, comfortable and equipped with all the necessary, while the location in Melitsaka is ideal. Despite the little unexpected with the jacuzzi, the overall experience and the incredible behavior of the hosts left us the best impressions. We highly recommend it and will definitely return in the future!”

Best place to stay on Kalymnos !
I was so happy to find this beautifull Hotel with appartements and studios ! My room was very clean and i appriciated the welcome bottle of water and biscuits. The price to stay is fairly cheap in relation to the very comfortable apartments. The owners and staff are very friendly and caring. What is recommended: rent a scooter because you can also do this at Vasilis !

1 because less you can't - AVOID
They gave me a different room than the one booked with only one window facing the jacuzzi. Needless to say, you will have all the guests coming there so you have to keep it closed for your own privacy. WiFi not working. I asked for the actual room I booked for, the only reply I got was that they only had that room left. I asked the booking agency what to do, they asked the owners who at first granted money back but refused it the day after. No actual view from the window but the jacuzzi as mentioned. This is called fraud.
They kept refusing giving money back. Rude manners when I made Poppy notice the room was different, just said there are Fotos from all the building (yeah, except from the room they gave me oc).
Whatever they are gonna reply here, I swear this is the truth and I Highly recommend to avoid this hotel at all costs.

Nice quiet place in Myrties
We stayed a week at Vasilis studios and enjoyed our time there. Its location high on the hill means that it was relatively quiet with the occasional scooter noise of other residents returning. We had a small table to the side of the house but enjoyed the shared terrace and ate our breakfast and coffee there every morning staring at Telendos. We had a relatively smaller apartment on the first floor and it was ample space for the 2 of us; our rooms were cleaned every day and towels restocked about halfway through the week. Poppy was very friendly and greeted us every time that she saw us and even personally took us to Porthia at checkout so that we could catch our ferry, dropping us right off at our ferry gate. You can also rent a scooter from your apartment and also get a discount price. Only things to note is that the Wi-Fi is incredibly slow and that there are some very vocal roosters outside your window so be prepared to wake up when they wake up.
