Central, recommendable

6 days here, very nice place, very good service
Nice breakfast, very satisfied with our stay
Advice: make rools for reserving sunchairs!
We saw People reserve a chair and go to the city !
By 10.30 every chair is taken, so if you want to sunbathe go to the pool between 9-930
The pool area is very nice
And loved all the watercoolers to fill your bottle with drinking water
Will highly recommend this hotel

While we ask guests not to reserve loungers for extended periods when they are away from the pool, we recognize that this policy is not always respected. Week in Nice

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We had a large room with balcony which was lovely. Rooms were cleaned and spotless. Great location for train, shops and cheaper restaurants. Would return.

We are a family of four who booked two suites with guaranteed check in at 3:00 PM on July 18, 2026. We arrived shortly before 3:00 PM, looking forward to freshening up before our prepaid reservations at a cocktail bar and restaurant that evening.
Instead, we were told without any apology that our suites would not be ready until around 5:30 PM. The explanation was shocking. Marriott had allowed a Bonvoy loyalty member to keep the suites beyond the official check out time, delaying our confirmed reservation in favour of another guest.
I asked if we could use another room to shower and change. The answer was no. Instead, we were offered complimentary drinks in the hotel bar. This was completely inappropriate. We did not need free drinks. We needed the rooms we had paid for.
As a result, we missed both our bar and dinner reservations, losing a significant part of our first day in Nice. With departure at 6:30 AM on July 20, we effectively had only one full day to enjoy the city.
This is not the level of service anyone should expect from Marriott. A confirmed check in time should be honoured regardless of loyalty status.
We cannot recommend this hotel or the Marriott brand after this experience.

Not more than a 3 star property that has seen better days. Basic room amenities and bathroom. Great breakfast and breakfast personnel, though. Central location. Would not book again.

Hit as hell…no air conditioner

We purchased the suite with terrace. The view is ok if you like to look at the side of buildings but the main problem is the air conditioning doesn’t work. There’s no fans blowing cold air from the vent. Thermostat was on 18 set by the staff but the interior was 26 at night and 28 or 29 during the day. Terrible experience. Never stay here.
