Great Location,excellent value

we've been in Sanghai studio, for Easter-clean, well organized for 2 adults and 2 kids, just 20 meters from the main squire "Massena", close to may restaurants, shops, bars,public transport, free wifi, good speed, air conditioner, very quiet as the rooms face a back yard

Stolen Money

I had booked room, and charged 30%of rooms fees. I had free option to cancel'till 17th april.And ı did it, but 30%of my fees did not pay back, sent plenty mails no response, obviously stole my money, never never try

Dirty, Hot, Miserable, You get what you pay for, Very Little !

Trying to get hold of owner, very difficult.
No response to my Emails.
No contact with anyone for the entire week I stayed. Why?
Suggest … They know its a Dump. Don't want the flack ! …..Stay somewhere else !!!
Really miserable, area is good though. But you don't pay for the area

Nice Location, Weird style!

Pros: location is perfect, very central and easy access to airport within 35 mins shuttle drive. We never met the owner, but she replied to out whatsapp message within 15 mins, she's helpful.
Cons: Too claustrophobic bed (height is barely 70cm from bed to ceiling), very unclean bathroom, and very hippie-style living. cleanness can be disastrous, dust everywhere. The hand written manual in the room contains a lot of passive aggressive sentences (granted, her mother language isn't english but still, especially when you are warned about not taking the rubbish bag with you when you check out, you will be charged 50 Euro). Because we didn't know where the rubbish can be put, we actually used the public bin in the street! and the wifi is soooo flakey, at least in our room, 90% of the time its lost or simple does not work.

OKAY FOR A SHORT STARY

All rooms are in an African Theme, we were in the tribal room, rooms are well equipped and the place is centrally located. I would have to say that whilst fine for a short stay would have found it difficult for any longer than 4 days. The room was small and the bed was above on a mezanine floor, this was also where the shower was located, with the toilet downstairs. To access the bed you had to go up a steep flight of stairs which were very narrow and quite dangerous getting up and down. Only enough room for one of us at a time to shower and change. Not for the less mobile!! For Nice I guess you get what you pay for!! There was a restaurant under the hotel for not part of the hotel, apart from the rooms that is all that was there. We never saw anyone from the hotel at all. I would say that although we had a good time I was dissapointed overall. Places we found to eat were for breakfast La Civette du Cours in the flower market, Breakfast €12 inc fruit juice, pancakes, fruit salad, hot drink, bacon and egg. If you like something other than French food go to Phnom Penh, I think it was either Thai or Vietnamise, you can choose your own dishes and they just heat it up for you. It was located by the park with the fountains. If you want a drink go the promenade Neptune Plage, large beer was €7 and you are sitting in comfortable chairs on the beach.
