Good experience for a first timer

The location is great and very clean. I have never stayed in one before so wanted to try it for a experience and I wasn't disappointed. The shower room were very big with a sink and toilet in. The A/C in the capsule worked well and able to charge your phone up next to the bed was great. There are extra toilets and lockers available.

Avoid this capsule hotel

Unfortunately we stayed in this capsule hotel and was probably the worst place we ever stayed. Although the hotel staff we met was a lovely person, the capsule itself isn’t worth it.
There is a massive issue with ventilation! After 7pm you start sensing a smell which doesn’t go away until next day morning. The breathing, clothes and shoes of everyone during the night requires MUCH more ventilation than it’s currently equipped with.
The capsules we stayed had 2 fans of which, one didn’t work. The temperature inside the room was extremely hot and I probably slept 5h in 2 nights - maybe that’s why I didn’t enjoy the daytime due to lack of sleep.
The toilets are nice at the moment but I’m pretty sure they won’t age well. Also the toilet room (there’s like 10-12 cubicles inside a room) feels like a construction site - refer to photos.
The “shower cubicles” are only 4 and those 4 are for accessible people AND any other person - meaning they didn’t bother to create some shower cubicles without being accessible. Also there’s no place to hang clothes from in the cubicles so makes everything very difficult when changing clothes.
During check in, some people are offered a coffee coupon, but not everyone - the coffee place opens at 11am so isn’t really a breakfast place.
To store your luggage safely you’d need to pay extra.
Overall, don’t recommend this place.
