Worth a detour in western Jutland.
3 language menu, from meat dishes to vegetarian to vegan.
We had
Bread&pesto, Herregårdsbøf, Dansk bøf and Wienerschnitzel.
All very tasty, the meat in extremely good quality, side dishes also very good and abundant sauces tailored to the particular dish.
Very polite and nimble service, who advised competently.
We will recommend this place to people in Switzerland who want to go to Jutland.

Stay away not worth spending time on
Last time was just terribly ringing.
We ordered their menu “Herregårdsbøf” at the time totally uneatable steak.
We got a dessert for free. Unfortunately we drove home, pretty disappointed.
Then it's been half a year, we live locally, and will give it another chance.
We drove again over to Bork Kro. Ordered 2 x mansard steak.
Again it was the same uneatable steak that came on the plate
Pommes frites, and bearnaise sauce was ok.
It just doesn't last, now the bottom is reached

Can recommend the place to people passing by the area
Had baked prawns and prawn cocktail for starters, which tasted lovely.
The main course consisted of a classic Wiener schnitzel and a manor steak with fries
