The Best Hotel ❤️
From the moment we arrived at the Elysium Hotel, we knew this was going to be a very special stay. We have stayed in many hotels over the years, but the Elysium truly exceeded every expectation. We were treated like royalty from beginning to end, making our birthday and anniversary celebration absolutely unforgettable.
A special thank you to Gabor, who gave us the warmest welcome with genuine kindness and professionalism. Eva made our check-in a wonderful experience. She delighted us with the news that we had been upgraded, and when we entered our room, we were amazed by the beautiful décor, a bottle of sparkling wine, and a lovely cake prepared for our celebrations. Eva was incredibly professional, friendly, and always smiling. She took the time to explain everything about the hotel and even shared helpful information about the surrounding area, going above and beyond to make us feel at home.
Eva truly stood out during our stay. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine passion for looking after guests were remarkable. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her attention to detail was second to none. Every hotel hopes to have team members like Eva, as she sets an exceptional standard of hospitality and guest care. She is a wonderful ambassador for the Elysium, and her dedication leaves a lasting impression.
The service throughout our stay was simply exceptional. Daniela and all of her colleagues made every meal a pleasure with their warmth and attention to detail. A very special thank you goes to Daniela, who truly made every dining experience even more enjoyable. She was exceptionally warm, friendly, and genuinely caring, always greeting us with a beautiful smile and making us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail were outstanding. Daniela took the time to chat with us, made sure everything was perfect, and her kindness made us look forward to every meal. She is a real credit to the Elysium team and an excellent example of the outstanding hospitality that makes this hotel so special.
The dinner experience was outstanding, and we would like to thank the talented chefs Marios and Abram for preparing such delicious, top-quality food. Every meal was beautifully presented and full of flavour. A special mention also goes to Ioanna from the dessert station, who was so kind, friendly, and helpful.
On our last day, we used our lunch voucher at the Taverna Restaurant, where Lavinia looked after us so well. The food was exceptional—I honestly had one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever tasted, and the burger was equally delicious.
We would also like to thank Costas for his help with our luggage and for his kindness. A special thank you also goes to Gerardo, the lifeguard, who was incredibly friendly, approachable, and always happy to help. Every single member of staff we met greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome.
The housekeeping team deserves enormous recognition. They were incredibly hardworking and kept our room spotless throughout our stay. It was serviced several times a day, we always had fresh bottled water, the sheets were immaculate, and every time we returned, everything had been beautifully tidied, making the room feel fresh and comfortable.
We would also like to give special recognition to the wonderful ladies at the spa and wellness area. Every single day, they welcomed us with genuine smiles and made us feel so comfortable and cared for. Fresh towels were always provided immediately whenever we needed them, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Before our departure, they kindly allowed us to use the shower facilities, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our journey home much more comfortable. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help perfectly reflected the outstanding level of hospitality we experienced throughout the entire hotel.
The hotel itself is stunning and impeccably maintained. Every area, from the elegant interiors to the beautiful pool and gardens, was spotless. You can clearly see the pride the team takes in maintaining such a magnificent property.
One thoughtful touch that we especially appreciated was the complimentary shuttle bus to both the Harbour and the Old Town, making it even easier to explore the beautiful surroundings.
Our stay at the Elysium was nothing short of perfect. The exceptional service, outstanding food, luxurious accommodation, and genuine hospitality created memories we will treasure forever. We are incredibly grateful to every member of the team for making our celebration so special.
If we were to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the pool service on our first day, which was a little slow. However, we completely understand that the team may have been exceptionally busy due to the high number of guests at the time. We don’t see this as a complaint, but rather as constructive feedback, as every other aspect of our stay was truly outstanding. We hope this small observation helps the hotel continue to deliver the exceptional standard of service for which it is so well known.

Perfect honeymoon!
We booked the Elysium for our honeymoon and it was better than we could have ever imagined. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the staff were so welcoming and the 5 star service started straight away. Checking in was seamless and our refreshing welcome drink went down a treat! We had booked the deluxe sea view room and we were welcomed with flowers, balloons and a bottle of wine to start our celebrations. The bed was huge and plenty of space in the wardrobes, room very spacious for the two of us. The view from the balcony was by far the best in the hotel, every evening we watched the most beautiful sunset. The hotel is absolutely fabulous. Completely spotless and smells luxurious!
We booked a couples spa treatment on our first which was perfect, so relaxing and helped us unwind after our wedding.
We ate at Mediterraneo, Bacci and O’Shin. We didn’t have a favourite as all were just as delicious as each other and offered a completely different experience. All the food we had was faultless, from breakfast to the pool bar to dinner. Every single member of staff was friendly, attentive and polite. It’s really what makes this hotel so special, nothing was too much.
The location of the hotel is perfect, easy access to the town and harbour with shuttle buses provided by the hotel and also far enough it’s peaceful and relaxing.

Our most recent stay at the magnificent Elysium Hotel last weekend was, once again, an absolutely flawless experience. Every visit confirms why this beautiful hotel in Paphos feels like our home away from home.
From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed by Mr Jerry, whose kindness and politeness truly set the tone for the entire stay. His genuine hospitality and ever-present smile make every arrival feel special and personal.
Breakfast each morning was a highlight, not only because of the exceptional quality and variety of the food, but also thanks to the wonderful Mrs Marina. She is always so hospitable, positive, and attentive — her warm energy during breakfast service makes the start of the day even more enjoyable. Mrs Retchell also deserves special recognition for her positive vibes and lovely compliments that made our mornings brighter.
Our dining experience at Oshin restaurant was elevated by Mr Andreas and his exceptional service. Professional, attentive, and truly dedicated to guest satisfaction, he ensured that everything was perfect from start to finish.

Best Hotel Stay Ever!
Best experience from start to end. The customer service from all the team were outstanding. Any issues I faced, it got resolved straight away. The staff seemed like they genuinely cared. The pool staff were outstanding. Placing your towels on sunbeds, cleaning your sunglasses, providing wet towels, just really attentive. The hotel was spectacular, so clean and pristine and smelt divine. My room was tidied twice during day, I love how they also come in for an evening reset. I also had a small issue with halal food as I was told a week prior to my visit that they serve halal. Whilst there, some staff in breakfast hall, we're not aware so we stuck to vegetarian options. I then queried again and Chloe was very helpful. She spoke to the hotel food team and got back to me within an hour to confirm they serve halal meat and chicken. This was a massive bonus and I changed my board to half board. The breakfast spread was amazing and I was really spoilt for choice. I was scared about mosquitos in that climate but seen none, so very happy. I was also so glad that there was minimal stray cats around as my son has an allergy. This made it even more enjoyable for us. They also have a pillow menu, so I snapped that offer up and choice my ideal pillow and slept like a baby. The WiFi is amazing throughout the Hotel. We stayed in room 1221 .

First class service, delicious food
We had breakfast here this morning 24/7/26 and it was delicious. This was our first visit but we will be back. The selection available makes it hard to choose what to eat. We tried the pastries, hot food and fruit, and they had a freshly cooked egg station. The fruit was delicious as was the juice bar, the green juice was very tasty. The continental spread was extensive and very good. Unlike most buffer breakfasts there was no item repeated, all stations had a different product and were restocked regularly, ensuring they were always hot and fresh. The service was refreshingly good, efficient but not intrusive. You are seated and offered juice and coffee/tea immediately. Truly a first class experience.
