This is a hidden gem! In addition to cleanness, warm hospitality, I really like many additional services here including the shower/toilet facilities, the cute and convenient robot and the healthy breakfast.
Special thanks to the manager on duty, girls at the front desk, the security guard, the breakfast crews and the cleaning ladies and all those who made my three separate stays within the 20 days in Nov 2022 a safe and pleasant one in this Covid havoc era. It’s definitely on my list to be back again in future Harbin visits.

If you take a taxi, you can call Didi, which is very convenient. 3⃣️Suggestion: The room is equipped with bathrobes, and a handrail or non-slip mat is added in the bathroom. 4⃣️The reason for giving three points for the service part: These two points were deducted by two people, both of whom were responsible for the front desk work. On the day of check-in, a staff member turned over many pages and could not find our reservation information. The other said that he had the impression that he came to look for it, but this person still couldn't find the information after various obstacles. Teamwork pays attention to the division of labor and cooperation. If you really can’t find it, you can ask another colleague who has an impression to do it. If you can’t find it, asking for the job will affect the professionalism and efficiency, and it will also waste the time of the guests. The second one was a very rude front desk staff on another day. The family wanted to confirm whether there was beer in the vending machine, but this person directly said "I don't know, you Go and see.” Politeness and enthusiasm are the basic general principles of the service industry. Working at the front desk of the lobby without knowing the information in the lobby and being rude to the guests is a serious dereliction of duty. It should not be reminded by outsiders in my job, I hope to make improvements. Generally speaking, except for some two staff members at the front desk, everything else is perfect.

There is no heating in the big northeast house with more than 30 degrees below zero! The air conditioner blows cold air! The toilet is loud! There is no sound insulation at all, so I can't sleep at all! The house price of more than 400 really wants to curse! Friends who came from other places who caught a cold on the first night of their arrival in Harbin are cautious about staying in this hotel and have no affection for Lai Feng.
