The staff was professional and friendly, and even consulted me with excursions. The breakfast was relatively generous. The place is really close to the main street so there are a lot of restaurants, bars and places to go out nearby.

Bad experience

We encountered a windstorm situation in Pucón where the power was out for several days. It is understood that this is an emergency, but without electricity, there is no heating or hot water in this hostel. It was very uncomfortable that the owner did not have at least a gas heater to warm the hallways, especially with children. The night was long and cold. We wanted to cook the next day, and she said that the gas would arrive in an hour. After many guests asked her to cook, she sent someone to buy a 5-kilogram gas tank, and not in a very pleasant manner. The place meets expectations for the price; however, it looks nicer online. The rooms are clean until you look under the bed and see the dust bunnies. We tried to leave early due to the situation, and we had one more night left. We informed her that we would try to leave Pucón since the road was closed. If we couldn't leave, we would return to use the night we had left. The lady told us we had until 2 PM because afterward, she would make the room available for another guest. We were taken aback. We had to return, and fortunately, the room was okay, but cold. I believe that a hostel should at least have a generator to address emergencies of this nature and keep at least gas in the kitchen. We will never return again.

Staff was very kind. Rooms were incredibly clean and breakfast was always very fresh in the morning. Location was absolutely perfect for exploring Pucon - everything was walkable.
There was also a good kitchen space and safes for valuables in each room. Absolutely would recommend!

There’s nothing I enjoy more than coming back to a place after two years and being remembered. Everyone was eager to provide anything I needed, from towels to every small detail.
I truly felt that the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. The rooms were perfectly clean, and the location is fantastic. If you’re going to Pucón, I don’t think you’ll find a better spot.

Room without ventilation

The hostel is even cool, but unfortunately I was placed in a very small room that had no window, and in the bathroom attached only a small window that faced a chimney that in the fds released smoke and therefore could not stay open. Despite the cold climate of Pucon, the room was always very warm.
