Cheap hotel, cheap service

We traveled to Concepción, and I left my wife at the Ibis Hotel in front of the mall. I left the city for work, and after meeting with a friend, she returned to the hotel around 12:00 AM, and the door was closed with no one in sight to open it. Several endless minutes passed in the insecurity of the night, and someone appeared who activated the doors and stated that the intercom had just rung. Upon arriving at the room, she noticed that the door was closed but open; when entering and closing it, she realized that it does not close even with the lock. What kind of hotel is this?
In my opinion, cheap comes at a high cost, uninterested staff in customer safety, insecurity, moral damage.

My Accommodation in my Conce Dear

I always stayed at this hotel, in this opportunity in silver category, in which they considered my tastes and preferences, I entered earlier, which I appreciate very much the deference and had the possibility to check out later. They also gave me a complimentary drink. Staff, always very deferential, friendly and courteous. It is a place where I always like to get there, and where I can also rest and leave quietly, as it is very safe. The breakfast is very rich and they replenish everything and you can enjoy without problems, or rush. Suggestion more variety of fresh fruits and if possible lactose-free yogurt. Lactose-free milk for coffee is appreciated.

Good choice to stay if you come from business

Very good choice if you come from business, well located, in front has a Mall, supermarkets, breakfast is rich, rooms clean, the area is quiet, you can rest.

A good hotel very close to the airport!

A good hotel, very convenient from the airport, with a very good restaurant, very well served dishes, although expensive for what is proposed. As for the hotel, it is a standard Ibis, good service, small rooms but quite enough. The only point a little below is the bathroom, because the shower of the two units I stayed in keeps changing temperature constantly, which is kind of annoying. There was no face towel either time. By the way, good bed and quiet. Another point to stand out is that it is opposite Trébol Shopping, which is excellent for small shopping and for eating. There is also a supermarket on the same sidewalk and another at the back of the shopping center. Very well served options around in that sense.
