Good hotel. It can improve some services.

Centrally located hotel, secure, easy access, with private parking.
Rooms some old others modern, you rating the difference between both. Both clean, proper size, comfortable. Not all rooms have a bathtub and shower. Pillows, linen and heating well.
Very good breakfast, varied.
Very friendly staff.
Restaurant sufficient for dishes or non-complex drinks. Good. Price according to Service.

The hotel is not ugly and looks clean; the location is not bad since the area seems quiet, and there is nearby transportation and restaurants to go to, because the hotel restaurant looked bad and boring.

At the reception, we were greeted by Nicolas, a very nice young man, kind and attentive. He provided us with information about places we could visit on some sheets he printed. There was another person, Carlos, who was the opposite, as he did not greet us, and when we went to dinner, he was there to open the door and took a long time to do so; I don't know if he was sleeping or just too lazy to get up from his seat.
The hotel is not ugly and looks clean; the location is not bad since the area seems quiet, and there is nearby transportation and restaurants to go to, because the hotel restaurant looked bad and boring.
Nicolás ordered my partner's breakfast since he was traveling early. I went to have breakfast and found it quite poor; I did not like the breakfast, and what bothered me the most was that Raúl, the waiter, I asked to take a plate with some items to the room, and he told me it was not allowed because the dishes were stolen, and that he would make an exception in the elevator. I went up with a gentleman who was carrying a plate full of items, and he told me they always did that.... So did this Raúl think I would take a cheap, worthless plate?
The water from the shower came out cold this morning, the tub has black mold, and the key card to open the door was blocked. Last night, the same thing happened to a gentleman.
The room had two double beds, but I found them small, and the room was also very hot.

Lousy, horrible... I would never come back to this place.

Lousy Service...seems like anything but hotel...noises annoying until 03:00 am..before I visited it well often...but it is not even half what it was before the pandemic..I do not recommend them to anyone..

It wasn't the best experience

Check in fast. I was assigned a room on the second floor. How it looks near the kitchen, there was noise, and the internet was lousy. I asked one of the ladies at the front desk for a change of room and she said no, without seeing if there were any rooms available. Food preparation is not good and expensive for the price. By far the better is to eat out. I stayed only two days and changed hotels. Breakfast is not the best. Check out fast.

Great Night Sleep

We booked into here for 2 nights rest on our journey south to Chiloe Island. We wanted an extra days rest before we got back on the road. Unfortunately the only place we really wanted to go and see (Parque Isadora Cousin) was closed on Monday's) : [
The rest of the area for folks like us was uneventful.
The pluses are the lady at check - in was very accommodating as was the waitstaff at the restaurant.
The included breakfast is decent however the coffee is kinda weak ! I found some instant close by that I would add an extra spoonful to make it palatable !
The price was very reasonable and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good room in Concepcion.
