Good hotel if you are looking for proximity to the airport.

Highly recommended if you are looking to stay near the airport and do not mind the distance to the center of Sofia. Good facilities and efficient staff. Adequate size and sufficient breakfast. Free airport shuttle service

Disappointing experience, especially regarding cleanliness. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very negative.

Disappointing experience, especially regarding cleanliness
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very negative. Upon our arrival, we found 2 of the 4 pillows in the room clearly already used, with the outer pillowcases not changed. Something like this is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a 4-star hotel, where one expects a decidedly higher level of cleanliness and hygiene.
We arrived at the hotel very late, around 3:00 AM, and we left at 10:00 AM, so we had very little time available. We were exhausted and, honestly, we didn't feel like arguing with the staff or asking to change the linens. In the end, we preferred to sleep without using those pillows.
The only positive note is the shuttle service, which worked well and was convenient.
For the rest, a situation like this really leaves a lot to be desired. We will certainly not return to this hotel and would not recommend it, especially considering the category of the property.

Very bad restaurant where a blonde young man with a short beard works, very bad waiter

At this restaurant, a blonde young man with a short beard works, he is bad and unfriendly. I called him, he saw me but just turned around and left. I waited for more than 55 minutes to place an order. A tip, just eat somewhere else because such people will get a bad review.

Bring your own food

Good hotel and very helpful staff. The restaurant prices, though, are reckless. The prices were directly turned into euro from leva at the change of the currency. I have visited the hotel for the last 10 years on a regular basis and don’t recall 33 leva and something for a Cesar salad. Shame on you!
