Travelling around Tasmania finding great spots to visit.

My Wife and I spent 5 days at this small but good caravan park in the small town of Triabunna, Tasmania. During our stay I had a medical episode which required a couple of days in hospital. The help we received from the management team at the van park was simply first class. I cannot thank them enough forthe help they offered to my wife and I. Apart from that we had a great time at the park. Nice but small amenities as it is a small park, but if you are ever looking for a great place to stay, this is it.

Oh if you're after basic

We chose this place because it was convenient. On arrival i assume it was Sandy was managing the office gave us our key, she wasn't friendly at all. The cabin was neat & tidy on arrival. There was no lounge which we expected. The shower plug hole was clog with hair, the shower curtain was so long it hung into the shower, there was no lid on the toilet. We wanted to cook eggs & discovered limited utensils, a painter scraper was the only thing we could find. If you need some where basic this place is fine.

Walking Tasmania by caravan

We spent 3 nights with our camper in Triabunna.
The campsite is small but very nice. The sanitary facilities are very clean and tidy. The campkitchen is great too.
The washers and dryers work well, the advantage is there is hot water to wash.
We definitely recommend the campsite.

Great little place

Great little caravan park.
Facilities were very good
Short walk to the off lead dog area
IGA within a short walk as well.

Please check cleaning and heat lamp not working.

We stayed here for 1 night - as we walked into the office and the smell of stale cigarettes was overwhelming especially for non smokers.
The cabin needed checking for non working heat lamps, simple wiping of surfaces in the bathroom (top of tiles). Parking wasn’t the easiest due to the lack of room due cabin layouts.
