Loved the Apartment & Location !

Stayed here for 10 days, loved the 2 bedroom ground apartment, very spacious and comfortable, only thing if i could pick on something was not allowed to have a cold beer next to the pool, thought that was a bit strange ? having said that would definitely come back again !

Great location, quiet sleeps, semi-modern

Overall we were pleased with our choice of accommodation. It was a great location; we had sun, views of whales passing through, a short walk to Mooloolaba central and a bus stop on our block which went to Maroochydore, Noosa and Kawana Shopping precinct for only 50c each way!
This area is expensive, but for value for money, I would definitely choose to stay here again! The staff were wonderful, friendly and dealt with our smoke alarm problem immediately and stored our suitcases on arrival and departure.
We were on level 4, in the central tower. While we were first concerned about the lack of afternoon sunshine, it was not at all a problem. From the patio we could watch the sun rise over the sea and had it on us until about 2pm. We rearranged seating to suit, and the warm air temperature still made it pleasant sitting outside.
The pool is fantastic with quiet, sheltered, semi-private spots to sit on the recliner deckchairs. The spa is hot and clean. The gardens are kept immaculately.
Our apartment had modern furniture, comfortable beds and carpeted areas. The living area faces the sea and the two bedrooms are to the back of the unit resulting in very quiet sleeping conditions, with ranchsliders to another patio (which we didn't use). This view was not as appealing, but the apartments behind were being repainted while we were there, which made a huge difference.
The ensuite bathroom had been refurbished nicely, however I have only given 4 stars because I felt the second bathroom (which also acts as the laundry) and toilet is in need of a refurb - cracked tiles, steamy when showering (window opens to neighbouring patio) and shower is over an old bath. This area is ready for a deep clean. We paid extra to have the twin beds made up into a queen, which should have provided more room, but there was nowhere to put an open suitcase, no drawers and only one bedside cabinet with a lamp (we like to read). The kitchen is functional and clean (some damage to the bench), but ready for an upgrade. These are small problems and did not detract from our wonderful holiday on the Sunshine Coast!

Breathtaking.

Absolutely beautiful, the view of the sunrise was breathtaking, the apartment was spacious, very clean and contained everything you could need and close to all shops and restaurants. The apartments are easy to find and only access by certain building lifts , very secure and relaxing. Wheelchair friendly. Will definitely recommend and return again. Thank you Osprey for making our stay.

Perfect base for a week of discovery

Loved our 3 bedroom apartment and the heated pool open until 10pm. So close to everything. Walk to the supermarket and a good selection of restaurants.
