This was our second stay at the at The Landmark Resort. The new from the 2 bedroom ocean view apartment that were we in was really good. The apartment was very clean. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort is located a short walk away from lots of yummy restaurants. The Resort Pool area is very lovely. The pool and Spa is a lovely temputure. We would differently stay at the Landmark Resort again next time we holiday on the Sunshine Coast.

Great location and facilities, just a bit tired

Great location.
The room was a bit tired looking and the couch was very uncomfortable. The room was also about a 3/5 for cleanliness and there was often a pungent smell coming from the drain in the bathroom.
The pool setting is lovely and the water temperature in the pool is lovely. The spa unfortunately was only hot one day out of 5 i stayed there which has happened other times i have stayed here. Very disappointing and a lot of the guests were complaining about this. They really need to work on getting this issue rectified.

Location was fantastic , close to beach , surf club and everywhere !
Loved the rooms and views of beach ! Atmosphere was lovely , staff were very helpful and value was excellent and all amenities were fantastic

Weekend stay

Had the most amazing stay! The room was beautiful and clean! The veiw was just stunning. Landmark made our anniversary weekend just perfect! Staff were so lovely and facilities perfect!

Big room, great view of the beach and close proximity including many shops. Pool and spa popular with mature-aged guests like me and for young families. Warm spa as part of pool setup. Secure undercover parking with everything needing the scan card. A little bit tight with the room replacement items but managed to overcome this little hurdle. If you stay at a good hotel you don’t want stingy as the price covers all.
