Best place always wanted to stay there and we did great spot and Sarah who runs it was so polite and good

Never experienced such bad BnB in my trip and will not stay again

When we cooked our breakfast on the first day but we can not find any pan in kitchen and all cooking utensils & containers are too oily seems not to be ready for the new guests living. The washroom has some hair on the floor. Our bed sheets were not so clean either.
Overall the cleanliness of the room is unacceptable. I think the BnB needs to provide more training for their cleaners.
The hot water supply was not stable and used up quickly, so we had to spend a lot of time reheating the water. My body was almost frozen.
Only the location is quite good but will not make me stay in next visit to Gold Coast.

Not so sure you are writing this review on the correct property. We are not a BnB. All your concerns are definitely not indicative of any of our apartments here as has been reflected in many other great reviews.

Service , venue, location second to none

We had not been to the Gold Coast for some time and heard The Breakers resort was a great location , cost effective and the people Lyn and Mick Stephens , who Manager the place, are excellent.
In summary;
Location outstanding - right on beach.
Rooms - great view and rooms well set out and clean.
Service - nothing any trouble from management.
Facilities - pool and barbecue are right on beach
We are so glad we spent 5 days at The Breakers and the trip exceeded our expectations.
Thank you Lyn , Mick and Sarah for your service.
We Recommend a stay at The Breakers you won’t be disappointed.
We will be back.
