The best place to relax!

The best vacation spot in Sevan.
The room is comfortable and warm. Tasty breakfast.
Restaurant with a beautiful view and delicious food.
And of course friendly staff.
Thank you for organizing my rest.

One big disappointment

The location is great, we have been coming here for more than 15 years, but the service and hotel itself has become one big BIG disappointment. The rooms are not clean and are very uncomfortable , the restaurant is bad, breakfast should start at 9(which is already bad, in summertime it should at least start at 8) but constantly it’s not even ready at 9, so the doors open around 9.15-20. That’s an indicator that this definitely shouldn’t be a best western hotel. That’s disappointing, because the location, the view are amazing. If the owners decide to change the management, and a bit more attention to this place, it might again become a top place, but unfortunately not now. We definitely won’t go back there.

Hotel with enormous potential but unfortunately not exploited

Breakfast :
Cold atmosphere with soft music in the background would be better
A standing welcome rather than sitting would be more suitable
Labels to understand what you eat or drink
Pool :
Tell the jet ski rental company to tell customers to stay away from the edge to be quiet at the pool.
Bedroom :
The curtains are not blackout.
Exterior lights should be dimmed at certain times.
The mattresses are in very poor condition.
Removable child protection at the top of the stairs would be good.
Providing vacuum cleaners to housekeepers

Huge disappointment

A shocking disappointment given this is a Best Western. Place was dirty, had 2 floors with bedrooms up and bathroom down. Carpet dirty, smelly and torn. Poor lighting throughout. One bedroom had virtually no light. Took a lamp from another room to give some light. Depressing room, dark and dank and smelly. Wall in bathroom leaked. Water not potable but they only provide minimal amount. Gave a kettle but no cups. Only saving grace is it has a beautiful restaurant on the sea with a stunning view, good food, lots of it at a reasonable price. Included breakfast was huge and varied.

Lakeside hotel without direct beach access

Two-story suites with two bedrooms and a lounge. Clean. The hotel also has a large, modern restaurant with a wonderful view of the lake. The breakfast room, on the other hand, is small, plain and inhospitable. The staff is grumpy. The bathrooms need to be renovated.
