Top Notch Service for a budget hotel.

Excellent stay! staff is always at your service, everything is at close proximity and the pool is just fascinating! Thank you all, especially Mr. Khiereddine for his genuine smile, excellent service and for a great weekend.
I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking a quick weekend escape.

Communication needs improvement

The hotel is ok - Clean and in a very nice location.
Reception staff were helpful and sweet however when you call front desk you have to try so many times for them to pick up your call.
Imagine it is an emergency
Need to be prompt and when you promise to call the customer back to update them and give them a time frame please do it - it shows respect and professionalism.

Hotel that is deteriorating

Hotel that is deteriorating... we are used to taking an ibis because their standards are always up to par. Unfortunately we had some bad surprises at serif! The room smelled of cigarettes. We were asked to change the room, response: "all rooms are the same..." no towels in the room, after complaint, we were "thrown" a towel for two on the bed. Then other details that you can see in photos... Damaged bedding, damaged bedroom, damaged taps...

Negative points
The bedding, especially the pillows, they make us want to go home
Lack of a small trash can in the room, enough towels (a face towel and a bath towel for two adults )
Value for money, it remains correct
