sparkling clean!

we stayed there for a few days.. the owner was really really friendly and nice.. the rooms were modest and some of the furniture was kind of old. The bed was not very confortable and our room was also missing some things like a kettle, balcony table and a clothes horse and the balcony light did not work. BUT it was sparkling clean. The hotel and our room always smelled fresh! the location is also great and we had a nice view from our balcony..
i would recommend this place!

Wonderful owners,a very nice stay

Stayed for 5 nights. The property was modest,but the rooms were well equipted,everything sparkling clean. The breakfast was the best,every morning different choices,exellent homemade food.The lady and her husband are amazing people,hard-working,trying their best to make you feel like home. Great hospitality. Strongly recommend.

Wonderful experience!!!

During our time in Albania we stayed at 4 different hotels and the 3 nights in Soan made our whole trip worth. The family who owns it are wonderful people, very kind and polite. They gave us directions and advised us what beaches and sightseeings to visit. The breakfast in the morning was OUT OF THIS WORLD, the rooms were cleaned, and towells and sheets were changed everyday. Two supermarkets are a minute away from the hotel and also the best place to eat some good pizza with excellent service -> Eval restaurant is very close too. The view from the hotel is amazing, there is a bar where you can chill anytime, the beach is 5 minutes walking distance, the sea is clean and the water is warm (end of June). Another great thing is that the hotel is located on the south end of Saranda and it takes about 10 minutes drive to get to Ksamil, where we visited one of the best beaches in Albania - The Three Islands beach. When we were leaving the lady gave us all a big hug. Just wonderfull. Will definately go there again!

Great Hotel and Location

Stayed at this Hotel for week in October and was absolutely great.The views from the Hotel are out of this word with the blue coloured Ionian sea and Saranda and Corfu island .The family which runs the hotel are very friendly and great company .The greek/ Albanian music breaks with the owner(Sotiris) are moments to cherish.I do Recommend this hotel as it has perfect location and great prices.

Nice good value hotel, a mile from Saranda centre

The best thing thing about this hotel is the people who run it, and make this a special place. Rooms cleaned daily , big room with refrigerator and air-con, wonderful breakfast (that was packed for us by Ana). Very good quality/price rate.
